Members of APBMA shall subscribe to the principles set out below:
Members shall:
Promote the Business Analyst Association code of ethical conduct
Encourage and support fellow practitioners in their professional development and, where possible, provide opportunities for supporting the development of new entrants to the profession.
Advance public knowledge and appreciation of Management and Business Analysis
Protect the reputation of APBMA, improve professional standards through personal participation, and avoid actions that will adversely affect the good standing of the profession.
Act with integrity towards fellow practitioners and other professionals and avoid activities that are incompatible with professional status and conduct
Take reasonable steps to know and understand the relevant legislation, regulations and standards and comply with such requirements at all times.
Not divulge client’s sensitive information unless required to do so in compliance of national laws or regulations.
